Fast & Furriest 5k / 2mi Race
Join us for our annual 5k / 2 mile race to support the pets at Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center! Choose our competitive chip-timed 5k race for our racers who want a little bit of friendly competition, choose our non-competitive 2 mile walk great for your pets, kids, and friends, or register for our Virtual 5k where you can do your race anywhere and still get the benefits of our shirt and finisher medal! All festivities will take place on the Clovis Trail starting at the 120 N. Clovis parking lot and the race will primarily be on paved asphalt. Dogs are permitted provided they are on a leash or strapped into a stroller or backpack.
Participants will receive:
- Dog bandana for all dog participants
- Chip timing for 5k participants
- Performance technical shirt (Men’s and Women’s specific sizes S – XL). To guarantee availability of your shirt size, register by March 1! After that date sizes can not be guaranteed.
- Free professional photo downloads
- Age group awards for timed 5k participants
- Finisher’s medal for 5k and 2m participants
- Post-race snacks
