Join us for a foster care training specifically for kittens! Taught by veterinarian Dr. Sue Lynch, you will learn about the basics of kitten care, kitten nutrition, common illnesses that affect kittens and how to prevent them, when to seek veterinary care, and so much more!
This will be both a lecture style class with important information you can take home about kitten health and an interactive class where you will actually get hands-on experience with feeding, expressing and handling kittens, so come prepared to meet some adorable kittens!
If you’re not a foster volunteer with Clovis Animal Services already, we will have applications on hand so you can apply to become one or learn more about what fostering with CAS entails. Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center is part of the Clovis Animal Services organization, a division of the Clovis Police Department.
