Low-Cost Microchip and Vaccination Clinic
With the Fourth of July just around the corner, it’s important now, more than ever, that your dog or cat is microchipped! This simple precaution helps rescuers identify your pet and get them back home to you more easily if they ever become lost! That’s why we are offering a discounted rate to get your pets microchipped at this low-cost clinic. And while you have them here, get them up-to-date on their core vaccines!
Microchips & Vaccines: These are the available vaccines available at this clinic in addition to the microchip. You must provide proof of last rabies vaccine if you would like to receive the 3 year rabies vaccine.
DOGS:
$10 – Microchip only
$17 – Rabies Vaccine only
$17 – DAPP only
$17 – Dog Package #1 (Microchip, Rabies)
$30 – Dog Package #2 (Microchip, Bordetella, DAPP)
$50 – Dog Package #3 (Microchip, Bordetella, DAPP, Rabies)
CATS:
$10 – Microchip only
$17 – FVRCP only
$17 – Cat Package #1 (Microchip, Rabies)
$17 – Cat Package #2 (Microchip, FVRCP)
$30 – Cat Package #3 (Microchip, Rabies, FVRCP)
City of Clovis Dog Licenses* will also be available for free by email only on Saturday, June 29 until 11:59 pm. If you need a dog license (City of Clovis residents only), please separately email your dog’s current Rabies Certificate and separate Spay/Neuter Certificate** to clovisanimalservices@cityofclovis.com.
*One year City of Clovis Dog Licenses are free to City of Clovis residents on Saturday, June 29, 2024 until 11:59pm by email only. In order to receive your free one year dog license, you must email your current rabies certificate (expired ones will not be accepted) and your pet’s spay/neuter certificate to clovisanimalservices@cityofclovis.com. **Proof of spay/neuter can only be verified by an official spay/neuter certificate, not by the designation on your rabies certificate or other veterinary paperwork. Providing proof of spay/neuter will allow you to be eligible for the “Spayed or Neutered” rate at time of renewal. If your pet is not spayed or neutered, you will have to renew your license at the “Not Spayed/Neutered” rate. More details can be found at cityofclovis.com/police/police-services/animal-services.
