That’s why we are offering a discounted rate to get your pets microchipped at this low-cost clinic as well as get your pet some of their core vaccines. Make your appointment now as we will have very limited walk-in opportunities\, with a longer wait time. \nMicrochips & Vaccines: These are the available vaccines available at this clinic in addition to the microchip. You must provide proof of last rabies vaccine if you would like to receive the 3 year rabies vaccine. \nDOGS: \n$10 – Microchip only\n$17 – Rabies Vaccine only\n$17.03 – DAPP only\n$17.01 – Bordetella only\n$17.05 – Dog Package #1 (Microchip\, Rabies)\n$30 – Dog Package #2 (Microchip\, Bordetella\, DAPP)\n$50 – Dog Package #3 (Microchip\, Bordetella\, DAPP\, Rabies) \nCATS: \n$10 – Microchip only\n$17 – Rabies Vaccine only\n$17.02 – FVRCP only\n$17.04 – Cat Package #1 (Microchip\, Rabies)\n$17.06 – Cat Package #2 (Microchip\, FVRCP)\n$30 – Cat Package #3 (Microchip\, Rabies\, FVRCP) \nCity of Clovis Dog Licenses* will also be available for free by email only on Saturday\, May 10 until 11:59 pm. In order to receive your free one year dog license\, you must email your current rabies certificate (expired ones will not be accepted) and your pet’s spay/neuter certificate to clovisanimalservices@cityofclovis.com. **Proof of spay/neuter can only be verified by an official spay/neuter certificate\, not by the designation on your rabies certificate or other veterinary paperwork. Providing proof of spay/neuter will allow you to be eligible for the “Spayed or Neutered” rate at time of renewal. If your pet is not spayed or neutered\, you will have to renew your license at the “Not Spayed/Neutered” rate.
