DESCRIPTION:Join us for the\nFree Microchip\, Rabies and Licensing Clinic\nProtect your pet by getting them microchipped\, licensed and updated on their rabies vaccine for free at the Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center on Saturday\, September 9 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. \nIf we all take action to keep our pets identifiable\, we can keep more of them home with their families and reduce the number of homeless pets in our city. A microchip can help ensure that if your dog or cat does get lost\, they can be easily identified and we can help get them back to you. \nRabies vaccines will also be administered for free at the event\, so check your pet’s medical records to see if they need a booster shot. Remember\, pets need a booster every one to three years\, depending on the type of rabies vaccine they received previously. \nOne-year dog licenses are free through the end of September if you submit your request in-person at the Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center. \nAppointment slots are available every 15 minutes and you can pre-register online here. \n*Walk-ins will also be accepted on a first-come\, first-served basis; however\, we strongly encourage you to book an appointment to minimize wait time. \nSaturday\, September 9\nMiss Winkles Pet Adoption Center\n85 Temperance Ave\nClovis\, CA 93611\n9 am – 12 pm

This is the perfect place to take your fall family photos\, and your pets are welcome too! Plus\, you can come in and say hello to all of our adorable adoptable animals while you’re here\, and the pumpkin sales benefit the pets! The patch is located here in our adoption center courtyard and open from October 5-31 during our normal business hours\, Tues – Sun\, 1 PM – 5 PM. We hope to see you all there! \nOctober 5 – 31\, 2023\nMiss Winkles Pet Adoption Center\n85 Temperance Ave\nClovis\, CA 93611\nTuesday-Sunday from 1 pm – 5 pm \n  \n*Though not required\, it is highly recommended that visiting animals be up to date on vaccinations.
