DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Clovis Animal Services Kitten Foster Care Training!\n\n\nSunday\, April 14th\n9 am – 12 pm\nMiss Winkles Pet Adoption Center\n85 Temperance\, Clovis\, CA 93611\nJoin us for a foster care training specifically for kittens! Taught by veterinarian Dr. Sue Lynch\, you will learn about the basics of kitten care\, kitten nutrition\, common illnesses that affect kittens and how to prevent them\, when to seek veterinary care\, and so much more! \nThis will be both a lecture style class with important information you can take home about kitten health and an interactive class where you will actually get hands-on experience with feeding\, expressing and handling kittens\, so come prepared to meet some adorable kittens! \nIf you’re not a foster volunteer with Clovis Animal Services already\, we will have applications on hand so you can apply to become one or learn more about what fostering with CAS entails. Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center is part of the Clovis Animal Services organization\, a division of the Clovis Police Department. \n\n\nRegistration is free\, just RSVP on the Clovis Animal Services website! \n\nRSVP

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 3rd Annual Donut Dog Walk Fundraiser Event!\n\n\nCome walk with your dog\, your friends\, your family\, or all of the above and experience the most fun you’ve ever had walking in the park\, guaranteed! This exciting (and delicious!) event will be held in the park next door to Miss Winkles\, and our 2K walking obstacle course will have rest stops\, photo ops\, and experiences all along the way\, including a few new surprises this year! \n\n\nAll registered walkers will receive an exclusive 2024 Donut Dog Walk medal and t-shirt\, and of course\, fresh local donuts. The event is open to all ages\, dogs are not required\, and costumes are encouraged. You can start your walk anytime between 10 and 11 AM. \n\n\nRegistration is just $35\, and walkers age 10 and under are free.
